Kırıkkale University is a public university established in the city of Kirkala on July 3, 1992 AD. It includes 12 colleges and one higher education institute, 7 higher vocational institutes and 3 institutes. Kırkala University relies on the Turkish language for teaching its various disciplines.
The university is ranked 61st in the ranking of the best universities in Turkey and has the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, Faculties of Engineering and Technology, Faculties of Health Sciences, Humanities, Political, Economic and Administrative Sciences, and the Faculty of Design and Architecture.
